Neurocognitive Foundations of Learning Disorders

Academic Research Opportunity

Research-module internship (2 places) with the Learning Disorders Research Group, headed by PD Dr. Kristina Moll at the Clinic and Polyclinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychosomatics and Psychotherapy (LMU Munich). The group focuses on the neuro-cognitive basis of learning disorders (reading, spelling and numeracy disorders), as well as the development and evaluation of interventions in the area of learning disorders. Research topics include the comorbidity of learning disorders, typical and atypical reading, spelling and arithmetic development, reading and spelling development in different orthographies, and the development of S3 guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of learning disorders.
