Menstrual Cycle, Well-Being, and Athletic Performance 2.0

Academic Research Opportunity

A student research project applying evidence-based methods to the menstrual cycle, well-being, and athletic performance. The funded research seminar explores how athletes experience the influence of their menstrual cycle on training and competition, developing a study design and conducting a survey with quantitative and qualitative components at a Berlin summer sports event, capturing hormonal profiles, performance capacity, energy availability, well-being, and individual coping strategies.
