The Digital Humanities Research Hub (DHRH) at the School of Advanced Study offers two distinct fellowship schemes for scholars and practitioners. The non-stipendiary visiting research fellowships are designed for academics and professionals in digital humanities and related fields, both from the UK and internationally, for periods ranging from 3 to 12 months. Visiting fellows gain access to the extensive library and research resources of the School of Advanced Study and integrate into the DHRH community, participating in talks, research training, and contributing to initiatives like the Digital Humanities Reading Group. Fellows are required to submit a report upon completion of their tenure. Additionally, the DHRH hosts a funded, annual Practitioner in Residence scheme. This opportunity is extended to professionals in cultural heritage, the visual or performing arts, technology, or the creative industries who are keen to collaborate with researchers and technical specialists exploring the intersection of digital technology and humanistic inquiry. Practitioners in Residence actively engage with the academic life of both the Hub and the School, while simultaneously advancing their creative work or professional practice.
